All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via Royal Mail postal service unless otherwise specified.

Please note that Envirosax can not be held responsible if you advise an incorrect or incomplete mailing address.

Under normal circumstances orders will be despatched within five working days.

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased that is faulty due to workmanship. Envirosax will pay the return shipping fees for any damaged or defective items, or items not shipped as ordered.

In all cases, the goods must be in original condition including, but not restricted to, original product swing tags being intact. All returns must be accompanied by a covering letter clearly stating your order details and contact information. Items should be sent to our UK office address:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 days (from the date of receipt of goods) to return an item for refund and cancel the contract for your order with us. You should return your item to the above address. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend using a postal service that insures you for the value of the item you are sending.

Original delivery charges will not be refunded except in cases where the order was canceled under the UK Distance Selling Regulation or the entire order was faulty or incorrect.

Upon receipt of your item and inspection of goods you will be contacted by our customer care team. Envirosax will only make refunds to the original card used for transaction and for the identical value of price at time of purchase.

Envirosax web purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store carrying our products, and vice versa. Envirosax reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
